What happens after a Micro/ Small enterprise files a complaint?
- Buyer and Supplier are first given a 15-day period to resolve the dispute internally.
- Unresolved complaints are filed as cases with the council. The complaint would be resolved within 90 days.
What happens if you get a favourable order, but the buyer still hasn’t paid?
Can the buyer or seller appeal the Council's order?
